How can I change my email address

You have a new email address, or you simply want to change your email address?

Step-by-step guide

  1. Log in to SWINDI with your current credentials (email address and password)
  2. https://swindi.de/settings/account/change-email-address
  3. Important: under "Current email address", enter the email address you are still using at the moment.
  4. Confirm your change with your password
  5. Now enter the "New email address" twice
  6. After changing your email address, a confirmation link will be sent to your new email address, which you must confirm.

If you have not received an email from SWINDI within 2 hours, check your spam folder for an email from SWINDI or contact our support team
