We are neither willing nor obliged to take part in dispute resolution proceedings
before a consumer arbitration board.
We do not provide SWINDI for distributing illegal content or copyright-protected media for which no licence exists, and we do not tolerate questionable content under any circumstances.
SWINDI GmbH acts as a service provider and makes a platform and web space available to customers so that they can share media such as photos and videos with others.
We urge our users to respect copyright and personal rights, and we point out that photos may only be redistributed with the express permission of the copyright holder (the photographer, for example) and, in some cases, only with the additional consent of the people shown.
All photos are subject to the copyright of the respective photographer. The creator / owner / moderator of the album is responsible for approving and publishing them.
As a service provider we are responsible for our own content on these pages under the general laws, pursuant to § 7 (1) TMG. Under §§ 8 to 10 TMG, however, we are not obliged as a service provider to monitor third-party information that is transmitted or stored, or to investigate circumstances that indicate unlawful activity.
Obligations to remove or block the use of information under the general laws remain unaffected by this. Liability in this respect is, however, only possible from the point at which we become aware of a specific infringement.
